Ryan St. Laurent 1. How many years have you been doing Crossfit, and how many Opens have you participated in? I have been doing Crossfit for 2 years and a couple of months. This is my second Open. 2. Why did you decide to do the Open this year? I love to challenge myself and see how much I’ve improved over the last year. I am constantly setting goals for myself and this is a great way to see how far I’ve come. 3. What’s your goal for the 2017 Open? My goal is to improve my standing from last year. I know the workouts will be tougher, and I want to feel like I performed my best for every one of them.
Happy New Year CFSR Family! We will be starting our One Warm Coat drive tomorrow, January 2nd. Please bring any gently used, clean coats, sweaters, sweatshirts, mittens, gloves and hats (please no other items are accepted) you have. There will be a blue bin in the box to place your items. The deadline will be January 10th. This is a wonderful way to give and serve others who are in need. It’s a very cold season so let’s give a helping hand, warm our hearts and help others stay warm!
